About Luggage

We provide the following guidelines regarding luggage size

  • Large Luggage

    Large suitcases (checked baggage size), golf bags, strollers, etc.

  • Medium Luggage

    Medium-sized suitcases, carry cases not allowed in the cabin, etc.

  • Small Luggage

    Backpacks, duffel bags, business bags, and items that can be placed at your feet or on your lap

  1. The number of items that can be loaded may vary depending on the size, shape, quantity of luggage, and number of passengers
  2. If you are unsure, please feel free to consult us at the time of booking

Passenger Capacity

The passenger capacity for each vehicle is as follows
For comfort and safety, we recommend allowing extra space when determining the number of passengers

  • Hiace Grand Cabin

    Maximum Capacity: 9 passengers

    Ideal for group travel or when carrying a large amount of luggage
    The number of passengers may vary depending on the combination of passengers and luggage

  • Voxy

    Maximum Capacity: 6 passengers

    A minivan class suitable for families or small groups
    If you have a large amount of luggage, we recommend limiting use to 5 passengers or fewer

  • Prius Alpha

    Maximum Capacity: 4 passengers

    Suitable for luggage such as backpacks, duffel bags, and business bags that can be placed at your feet or on your lap

Regarding Child Passenger Count

Children are counted as adults based on the following guidelines
  • Elementary school students and above: counted as 1 adult
  • Preschool children (using a seat): counted as 1 adult
  • Preschool children (sitting on a lap): counted as 0.5 adult
  1. If a child seat is used, it occupies a seat and will be counted as 1 adult
